Overall, it can be seen that the most of budget was spent for teachers’ salaries. Another interesting point is that expenses for insurance are growing every year.

Looking at the details, as regards staff payments, it comes top of the list with 40% of total school spending in 1981. This expenditure grew up to 50% and 45% in 1991 and 2001, respectively. Next came other workers ‘salaries with 28% in 1981, although in 1991 the value of this expense has decreased to 22% and in 2001 – 15%.

In terms of resources, was the same as furniture with 15% in 1981, but in 1991 20% of total spending was used for books and only 5% for equipment. In addition, in 2001 the situation has been changed, only 9% was spent to buy resources and 23% to buy equipment. Finally, the constantly growing measure is insurance with 2% and 3% in 1981 and 1991, respectively. In 2001 was spent almost four times as many budget than in 1981.
