Overall, all the three pie charts are divided in six spending streams including higher education K-12 education, transportation, health and human resources environmental services and others for years 1980, 1990 and 2000.
Firstly, annual spending by local authorities is all time high in higher education. Annual spending by locals in year 1980 was highest for higher education with 35% which was increased by 10% in year 1990 but was decreased by 5% in year 2000. Moreover, yearly spending by locals in someland in year 1980 for k-12 education was second highest with 25% which was decreased by 5% to 20% in year 1990 which then after in year 2000 was 18%.
Secondly, annual spending by locals of someland in transportation was 16% in year 1980 which was significantly decreased in year 1990 by 10% to mere 6%. Which was then after increased by 16% in year 2000 to 22%. Moreover, yearly expenditure by local authorities of someland for health and human resources was 14% in year 1980 which was gradually increased to 20% in year 1990 but drastically decreased by 10% in year 2000 with only 10%
annual spending by locals from someland for environmental services and others was 4% as well as 6% respectively. In year 1990 it was 5% and 4% respectively but in year 2000 environmental services was significantly increased to 9% while on the other hand spending for others was drastically reduced to only
