The bar graphs give data on the proportion of Australian males and females in three age groups,devided by gender, employed in the years 1984,2001,and 2014.
Overall,the figure for men aged 35-44 stayed the same,having the highest record compared to any age groups while figure for women in the same age witnessed a dramatic growt.Meanwhile,the opposite trend is true for the youngest age group,women employing similarly in all years and men decreased slightly.In addition,although there were substantial growths in both men and women aged 60-64,they were the latest among other employed age groups.
In terms of males,the percentage of men aged 35-44 remained the same in all of the years which was the most recruited to work(80%).However,the figure for the youngest generation,at 15-19, saw a slight decline from 60% in 1984 to 50% on 2014 while the proportion of employed people aged 60-64 rose markedly from 40% in 1984 to 60% in 2014.
Turning job recruiment of females, the percentage of Australian women at 35-44 grew considerably from about 60% at first by 20% in 2014 while the figure for employed people aged 60-64 also experienced an increase which was more nearly three times in 2014(about 40) than in 1984(10).However,this was the lowest figure than other age groups.Admittedly,the percentage of people recruited at 15-19 maintained its own position relatively and stable with
60%.
