The chart illustrate the proportion of graduates with six different academic courses during 1980 and 2008.
Overall, it can be seen that students graduating with masters science experienced a larger portion whereas PHD Science and first degree Arts was seen to have a dramatic change during that period.
According to the chart, those offering masters in science occupied a massive share of about 29% in 1980 and remained unchanged in the next 28years. Scholars who graduated with first degree Arts was 25% which was the second largest in 1980 meanwhile, the figure decreased sharply to 11%. Another significant change were PHD Science students at 13% but in 2008 more learners enrolled jumped to 30% . This became the highest at that time.
In contrast, enrollment in master Arts and first degree science declined from 12% and 19% to 13% and 10% respectively. However, the least among both years offered PHD Arts from minimal of 2% individuals to 7% to end the year.
