The diagrams illustrate the stages of how soybean is growing and the processes of production of soy milk.
Overall, there is a cyclical process including six stages in soybean growth over the period of eight weeks. In addition, the bean seeds have two options between growing to a sprout or being used in the production of the soy milk, which has a linear simple steps.
Initially, bean seeds will grow into a sprout in 2 weeks. A sprout will later develop its leaves, flowers, and pods respectively in four weeks. Two weeks later, a plant starts to have the mature seed pods which provide the bean seeds to whether continue thier circle of life or being transfered to the soy milk production.
There are four stages of making soy milk. In the first step, bean seeds will be in the water for six hours before moved to the grinder. In this stage, the grinder will separate the raw soy milk and unwanted part, which the cows will be fed by it. After, sterlization of the raw milk with 180 degree celsius, the final product will be contained in to the bottles for the distributions.
