The two line graphs depict the average temperature and hours of daily sunshine across the whole year in Melbourne and Darwin in Australia.
the first graphs shows the average temperature. Generally, Darwin is always hotter than Melbourne throughtout the year. Both of their temperature gradually rise from January and reach to the its peak in the middle of the year,then gradually fall down. Melbourne get to the highest temperature at 18 degrees in July, which is the lowest temperature for Darwin at January. In comparasion, Darwin is 1 month later to reach the hottest time at 30 degrees, 12 degrees higher than Melbourne.
the second graph illurstrate the average hours of sunshine. it can be observed that Melbourne and Darwin are quite different in the changes of sunshine. melbourne gradually go down from the start of the year to May, reaching the lowest and remain consistent at 6 hours for the next five month and go up from september. In the oppsite, Darwin’s sunshine hours grow up from jaunary to June,maintain until september to go down. Melbourne has longer hours of sunshine than Darwin from the middle of November to March.
