From the information given above, the hospital access had some changes throughout 2003 to 2007. More car parks were built and the roads around the hospital have some minor changes. Public transportation like bus station was brought closer to the hospital.
In 2003, the car parks were located in front of the City Hospital on the 2 sides of the Hospital road which lead the the Hospital building. The car parks weren’t separated by whose car can park where. Also, the bus stop was somewhere far from the Hospital and wasn’t on any road.
In contrast, the year 2017 had some changes on the roads, roundabouts were installed on Ring road which surrounded the Hospital and another one on Hospital road which intersect with City road.
