In the year 2003, access to a city consisted of a bus stop on the left sife and a car park for staff and public on the right side which located in the center of the map between hospital Roadd. Which allowed to get to ring road in the north, and access to a city street on the south. Notably, Hospital Road provides access to city hospital, situated at the centre of the ring road.

By 2017, the city hospital and ring road had remained unchanged, while in the north-east side erected a public car park, while the staff car park was preserved in the central area. Furthermore, on both sides of the hospital road constructed round bout.
