Overall, there have been several developments in the city hospital and the area around it in the span of 3 years. Many new amenities have been added to the hospital complex like the new bus stand, larger parking space, and a new roundabout. The staff and public parkings have been separated, creating more space and making it more accessible to both the staff and the public.
In the year 2007, the city hospital was connected with the city road through a hospital road. A ring road surrounded the hospital. To the left side of the hospital road, parking space was allotted for both staff and the public which had its entrance from the south side of the ring road, which would make it pretty congested on a busy day.
In the year 2010, the city hospital witnessed a notable upgrade in its amenities. Firstly, a new roundabout was constructed on the city road to handle the traffic more efficiently. A new bus stand was built to the left side of the hospital road, strengthening the transportation network of the hospital. Parking for the staff and public is now separated. Staff parking remains to the right of the hospital road, while the public parking has been shifted to the eastern side of the hospital, providing more space and convenience to the public as well as to the staff.
