Overall, it is noticeable that there are numerous improvements in terms of transportation and road management in respective areas, especially on the southern part of the public library, while the northern part has little to no changes.
According to the city map from 2010, to the south of the public library, six bus stops were right beside the car park that were for both for the public and staff, connecting to the Ring Road that passes through the public library.
Five years later, in 2015, the bus stop was developed into a bus station, providing more utilisation of the buses at that area. Moreover, to accommodate the increased car usability, two roundabouts were built to connect Kingsley Road, Crown Road and Ring Road. In addition, another car park was constructed on the east side of the library, which separates the staff parking and the public parking zone.
