The two map illustrate significant changes that took place at Public Library from 2010 to 2015.
It is remarkable that the public library witnessed spectacular developments as it transport equipment was improved. There were the a construction of a bus station and public car park.
Initially, the public library was covered by the ring road. To the south of the library, lots of bus stops were erected along the crown rd. Nearby it, a car park was also converted for staff and public. Close to the crown rd was a crossroad called kingsled road.
In the next 5 years, the public library kept expanding along the west and east side of the centre. In addition, a car park for staff and public were completely separated without place connecting. While a staff car park still remained, a public car park was move to the west of the centre. Furthermore, the bus stops merged together and became a bus station. There were also 2 roundabouts at the beginning and end of the crowd rd.
