The two maps illustrate the layout of a seaside town in 1990. There is also proposed plan for its reconstruction that mention the future redevelopments.

In general, there are remarkable distinctions between the two layouts. The most essential and considerable change is the main road. As we can see, this road was extended, and rename into a pedestrian street. Moreover, it become closer to the sea.

In addition to the above, the buildings were not remained the same. In 1990, the amount of buildings were a little, but aproposed plan shows variety of buildings and public places. The hotel will be reconstructed instead of parking. Conversely, there will be shops and restaurants as a substitute for the hotel.

Moreover, there is new outdoor pool behind the hotel in the planned map. On the corner we can see enormous 2-storey shopping centre. Overall, houses were changed significantly into many apartment blocks. Ultimately, there have been many modifications to the building.
