Lynwich College in the present day has shown significant changes in terms of site since 2006. Here are several changes that have been applied to the building.
In 2006, bus stop didn’t exist, so students who take public transportation may walk a bit far to get into the building. Furthermore, they have to go through the car park and then turn right for studying. Recent map of the college has shown that now there’s a bus stop there, so it adds convenience in giving the access for the students.
Another significant change also happened in terms of cafetaria location. From 2006 map, it is seen there was no cafetaria before — or hidden at least. So some students may need to bring their meal when going to the campus. This could be a nuisance, especially when the meal variation is limited. Recent map shows different situation as there is a cafetaria right at the center of the college with direct access to the bus stop. So it gives easy access to students from both college buildings, students who exercise at sports center, as well as outsiders who can directly go to the cafetaria from the bus stop.
Minor things, such as bike storage is also added to the building, mainly to accommodate multiple transportation modes taken by students. In addition to that, library area seemed to be expanded so it should have more capacity to do activities there.
