The maps illustrate the changes that have taken place in Lynwich College between 2006 and the present day.
Overall, the college site has been significantly modernised with the addition of new facilities such as a cafeteria, a sports centre, and a bus station, while the layout has become more organized and connected.
In 2006, the college consisted mainly of two buildings, a library, a sports field, and some car parking to the north of the site. The central and western parts of the area were covered with trees, and the two main buildings were linked by a narrow path.
At present, several major developments have transformed the site. A large cafeteria has been built in the centre, connected by curved paths to other areas. The library has been relocated to the south-west corner, and a new sports centre now occupies the eastern side beside an expanded sports field. The car park remains in the north-east but is now accompanied by a bike storage area and a new bus station to the north. Although some trees have been retained, much of the open space has been replaced by new infrastructure.
Overall, Lynwich College has evolved from a simple layout with limited facilities into a well-developed and accessible campus.
