First and foremost, a train station will be build at the side of the village, leading to the railway that is going to be build along the village to Lynwich. Thus, few of the houses in the present day would have to move to the open space at the north west lf the village. Other than that, more roads will be added near the train station, going over the railway, connected to the old road. In addition, two hotels are also planned to be added in the perimeter of the village, which the present days have none of. Furthermore, the fishing port at the lake will also be changed into a promenade in the future plans.
