The two maps demonstrate the main changes which have taken place in Kimsville between the year 2002 and today.

In general, it appears that Kimsville has become a much more modernized city, with more entertainment facilities.

One interesting change is the erection of the new train station in the west of the city centre. The south-west of the city used to be a green area, with lots of trees, but the trees were cut down, to make way for a football field. Another striking change is that the factory has been demolished and is replaced by a software company. Moreover, the old cinema has been converted into a pub.

If we look at the map, a range of entertainment facilities, such as a football pitch and a pub has been introduced. A notable development is the replacement of previously a green space to a modernized and newly constructed train station. A final development has been the construction of new apartment building, in the north-west of the city, to accommodate more people. The trees in both north-east and south-east of the city have not been knocked down to keep the air fresh for the locals.
