The two maps show changes that have taken place in an area between 1995 and to the present.

Firstly, in 1995 upstairs was farm land and adjacent to was public park. A hotel and coffee was located in the centre. Housing with sports facilities was in the northwest. Downstairs was a small fish market. In southwest was sea and next to was morning fish boat.

Secondly, nowadays farm land has been replaced by golf course and tennis course. Public park also has been converted into holiday homes. A hotel location has been remined unchanged, but it was a little more. Housing with sports have been remined in their place and also was more. Fish market has been redesigned to apartment. A coffee has been stayed the same. Morning fish boat and sea have been demolished. A yacht has been built in their place.

Overall, upstairs of place remained almost unchanged. On the other hand there were big changes downstairs.
