The map shows how the area has changed from 1995 to the present.

Overall, the area has undergone extensive development, including the expansion of residential and entertainment facilities and the depletion of the fishing section. Interestingly, the area has been converted from a fishing area into a commercialized and tourist area.

Regarding the northern part. In the northwest, the area has been constructed with more buildings and the sports area has been replaced by a restaurant area. In the northern part, public parks have been depleted and converted into holiday homes. In addition, hotels have been expanded to become more modern and taller and a car park has been set up in the corner. In the northern east, farm land area has been redeveloped into leisure facilities, including golf courses and tennis courses.

Turning to the southern part. In the southern west, the fish market has been removed and turned into apartments; however, the coffee area has remained but it has been accompanied by a new road. The morning fish boat area has been removed entirely and the yatch has been erected in the south east part.
