The images of the city plan show the changes which have happend there between 1995 and nowadays.
Overall, it is clear that city became more congested and touristic.
First of all, the farm land, which was located in the north east, transformed into tennis and golf courses. The territory below was occupied by the public park, but in 30 years it was removed and the holiday houses were placed there. On the left of the park was housing area, which sprawled and became twice larger. Below were located sport houses, which were replaced by the restaurants. Across the road are the hotel, which was there from 1995 and during next 3 decades grew up. On the right, the car park arised, occupying part of the park territory.
Below the road is the sea, where in the past located morning fish boat port, however lately it transformed into the yatch club. Above it now are apartment houses, which in the past were a fish market. And across it takes place the cafe, which safed its place and did not change duirng 30 years.
