The pictures show how the area examined changed between 1995 and the present.

Overall, the area underwent a number of considerable changes, the most important of which are the development of the accommodations and yachts catering for the increase in travel needs.

In the northwest of the area, the sport center was removed to make way for restaurants, and residence area was redeveloped into a bigger one. In the southwest, the seafood market was turned into several apartments, which was accompanied by a deviated track to the coffee shop in the center of the area. In addition, the morning fish boats were demolished to make way for some yachts in the south of the area examined.

In the center, the hotel was reconstructed into a more modern one, and the public park was converted into holiday accommodations, which was accompanied by a car park in the southeast section. Meanwhile, the southeast of the area also witnessed a dramatic change, with the farm land being transformed into a golf course and tennis course.
