The two pictures compare how the seaside area has changed since 1995.
In general, the area underwent a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which are the development of two sport fields catering for recreational needs and the disappearance of the public park.
In the west of the coastal region, there was an expansion of housing. The sports area and the fishing market were demolished and replaced by the restaurant and apartment respectively. At the same time, the morning fish boat vanished. Turning to other areas, the golf course and tennis course were constructed, replacing the farmland in the northeast. In the southeast, there are many yachts added, catering for tourist development needs.
In the center of the campus, there used to be a public park with green trees, but it was then demolished to make way for holiday homes. The two hotels are renovated to become higher and more modern. Meanwhile the coffee shop nearby still remained unchanged, the car park came into being to cater for a higher volume of vehicles.
