The maps delineate how an area has transformed over the past thirty years.
Overall, it is evident that the area has shifted from a predominantly rural and fishing-based settlement to a more urbanised place. In addition, the key changes include the expansion of housing and the new introduction of new amenities and the complete elimination of fishing areas.
In the southern part of the area, there used to be a plenty of morning fish boats in the sea which after that has been converted into an area for yachting. Moving on to the part right above, it is clear that apartments have been built after removing a fish market on the south-west of the map. Besides, the road has been extended to the opposite of apartments directed to the coffee.
There was a residential and sport area surrounded by a road in the western part of the map. While there are more housing estates leading to two new roads, the chain of sports areas which are behind to the south, was turned into the chain restaurants. On the contrary to the east, the one-floor hotel in the edge of that area was upgraded into 2-floor-hotels whereas the public park was eliminated to erect holiday homes and car parks at the end of the road to the east. Moreover, the northeastern part of the map was dominated by farmland transformed into a golf and tennis course with a lot of trees.
