Another noteworthy feature is that the elimination of a fish market and a sport has created space for apartment and restaurant, while hotel has been modernized to increase its functional features.
In 1995, the city boasted more greenery, with a farm land on the right-hand side. At the bottom stood a sea, on the left-hand side of which was a morning fish boat available for the residents. To the left were a housing area, a sport, and a fish market, while in the center were hotel and public park. Coffee was located close to the sea, which also neighbors hotels. All facilities were accessible and connected via the network of roads and paths.
By now, the area has transformed beyond recognition. Farmland has been eliminated completely to facilitate a golf and tennis course, while the removal of public park has made room for holiday homes and a car park. Apartment blocks has been built on the area, which was previously occupied by the fish market. The sport has been converted into a restaurant, and the hotels have become more modern. The coffee has been somewhat relocated to the bottom of the central area. It is worth noting that the infrastructure has been slightly changed to connect the coffee with other units.
