The maps illustrate the changes and developments in the Frinton from 1990 to 2012.
Overall, there were a number of modifications made to the plans of Frinton mainly involving restaurant, Blocks of flats, Hotel and golf course and Supermarket and so on. It is also noticeable that there were no plans to the Library and School.
In terms of changes, in 1990, a House was situated in the east side of the map, which was replaced by a Blocks of flats in 2012. In earlier, shop was located on the southeast corner in later it was converted into Supermarket. In addition, in 1990, on the top of the map there was a playing field with trees, but this figure was replaced by Blocks of flats. Beside the High street there were Cafe and park and Theater later these facilities were converted into hotel and golf course and Cinema.
For the remaining changes, in 1990, a Bank occupied the western area of the Perinton, which replaced by Restaurant in 2012. Similarly, to the southwest corner there was a Trees, but in 2012, this converted into Technopark. Library and school remained the same place.
