Turning to details of 2007, the hospital road directly connected the city hospital and there was a unique car park for workers and patients on the east side. Moreover, the public transport station was not connected to any main road and was far from the medical center.
After some work, the 2010 map shows that two traffic circles on Hospital Road have been built to allow the construction of a bus station on the west side and a place to park only staff cars on the east side. With these changes, public transport can be reached straight from the Ring Road. Furthermore, a park on the east side of the hospital has been made to permit immediate access from the Ring Road only to the public.
