The two plans illustrate the state of the same seaside village that took place between 1979 and the present.
Overall, it is clear that the place has gone through several major changes, becoming much more developed over the period given. The main developments are the construction of football and golf stadiums, as well as the fishing port, which has been demolished.
Looking more closely at the map, we can see that the farmland and forest area in the north-east part of the village in 1979 have been converted into the football stadium and golf field now. Another change is the construction of apartments in a place of fish markets, and there is no more fishing port in the southern part of the place.
Turning to other changes, it is noticeable that shops, which were opposite of fish markets in the past, have turned into restaurants over the years. The other physical structures that have been added over the given period are an addition of a car park into a hotel and making a sideroad near the housing much longer to the west. All other structures within the village remained unchanged during the period shown.
