A salary of employees is really important part for them. In every job, organisations, companies there are always a contract, that presents the conditions for their employees. One of these conditions is salary. So, let’s compare thow organisations with their salary range.
First of all, we see that ranges are presented in pie charts with different colours. And pie charts of “Bachelor’s degrees” has the lowest indicators in this category. 5% employees with salary 0-20 000$ in this range represents us part of quality of education. However, there are also 46% for employees with salary 40 000-60 000%. The average salary in this category is represented with yellow colour.
By moving to the next diagram, we can see, that there isn’t any low inficators. There is only the highest ones. 15% shows that there is workers with the highest salary–+80 000$. Only 10% of employees get salary 20 000-40 000%, while in the first pie chart there are 40% employees with this indicator.
By analysing the pie charts, we can say, that all these indicators are directed to show, that salary and quality of education in different organisations or centres isn’t familiar.
