Overall, there are two giants compared to the others – Soviet Union/Russia combined and USA, both reached thousand of launches. In addition, there is undeniably big gap between Soviet Union/Russia and others countries.Soviet Union’s / Russia’s numbers of space missions is very huge, thereby, they have launched approximately 51% from the total scale. The second place is the US, with a little bit more than 25% from the total scale. Others structures like: Commercial, European Union, Japan, China, Canada, India and “other”, have launched less than 600. Additionally, there are plenty of purpose for each launch. But the most outlining is “Communications” and “Surveillance satellites” (26% and 18%). Others like: Manned space program, Research, Weather observation, Planetary exploration – have a little numbers, from 5% to 11%.

Next one is the United States, which has launched almost half as many as the Soviet Union/Russia combined. Nevertheless USA has a number of 1760. European Union has launched 285, more than China and Japan combined (China has launched 111 and Japan 114). Last countries’ statistics are unremarkable, in India 48 and Canada 28
Finally, there are two names that not named like a government institution. Commercial launchs and “Other”, they have remarkable parts in the pie-chart (539 and 214).
