The bar graph illustrates the percentage of both genders in the UK grouped into their age in the year 2006 since the government world health organization suggest that individuals should eat either five or more fruits and vegetables daily.
Overall,as represented in the graph most men have a higher consumption rate of fruits compared to women with older adults of between age 55and64 having been the most taking fruits with a percentage of about 34 in male and approximately 32 female.
In the graph of the year 2006,it’s noted that younger adults of age 19 to 24 take little amount of fruits compared to older adults of age 55 to 64 who have been observably consuming highest quantity of fruits and vegetables.In all age groups ,male are the ones eating many fruits and vegetables.
However,it is noted that women are being overtaken by men as there is no highest competitive value in women compared to men who have 34% as their highest while women having just around 32% as their highest value.
