Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the bus service in my area.

I live in the Dhanmondi area, where there are usually plenty of buses that travel around the city on a reliable schedule. However, over the past two weeks, the buses have not been arriving at the station on time. This has created significant issues for me and many other passengers relying on this service.

As a result, we are unable to reach our destinations punctually, which adds to our stress. I typically take the bus to work, and if the buses do not arrive on time, it affects my ability to get to the office when I need to. This disruption can hinder my productivity.

I would like to understand why this issue is occurring with your company and what steps you plan to take to resolve it. I look forward to your response and clarification on this matter.
