I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing with regard to the unsatisfactory services offered by your bus company over the last two weeks.
One of the most crucial problems I have encountered is the 7 a.m. bus, which often arrives at about 8:00 a.m. to pick up passengers. In addition to this, the bus often gets stuck on the way due to technical problems. Moreover, the buses are not always kept in a hygienic and good state, which greatly causes us inconvenience. All these problems, especially the late arrival, have caused me great inconvenience as I have always been arriving late to work for two weeks. My constant lateness has put me at loggerheads with my manager and has significantly disrupted workflow within my company.
Considering all these problems faced and the inconveniences it has caused me, I would appreciate it if you could take some necessary measures to rectify them. I would be grateful if the departure time for the morning is respected. Furthermore, I would request that the bus be kept in clean and good condition in order to let us have a good travel experience.
