Overall, the production of tomato ketchup involves several stages; there are fifteen ordered stages, starting with harvesting tomatoes and ending with distributes for customers.
Initially, the process begins with picking the ripe tomatoes and sort the good tomatoes then deliver to the factory to be processed start with remove the dirt,stem, skin and seeds. The remaining pulps place it to the container and crushed.
Post the pulps are crushed, combine it with vinegar, sugar and salt to enchance the flavour. Following this, boil the tomato mixture for a period time. After being cooked leave for a several times to cool, then pour it the bottle and labeled carefully with a brand name, then packed the bottles into the box and deliver to the supermarkets. Finally, the ketchup is ready to be consumed and be served with hambugers and fries.
