Dear Mr/Madam

I am writing to express my dismay at your service on Sunday 17 April.

I have written this letter to you because you have made a mistake in the recipe when i received it. You wrote thay i should buy Keterol 500mg and 4 packs of active coal. When i went to a pharmacy, pharmacist told me that i couldn’t buy 500mg because it was too much, she understand about a doctor have mistaken to here in the prescription.

I knew for pharmacist how much mg i need for my problem, I could be hurt to me without it, a pharmacy apologized and helped me, i wanted to bring to my attention. I hope in the future some mistakes never happen and you can take steps to make sure not to happen again.
