Overall, the current design has undergone significant redevelopment, including a large area of farmland replaced by new housing; this renovation can serve for more local residents in this area. Moreover, the size of a primary school was increased. In addition, the shops next to a post office were removed.
Firstly, along the river Stoke, an area used for farming was no longer present in the new layout, and instead, it was converted into a number of new houses where all of which were adjacent to a pathway. Besides, midway along the pathway, the shops were cleared, and now, leaving only the post office was located between 2 rows of new houses.
The footpath crossed a small bridge before reaching the location, a large expanse of farmland was located there. The farmland was subsequently replaced by a row of new houses. Furthermore, the primary school directly opposite the post office was enlarged, providing an advanced education for children in this location. Additionally, a large house was converted into a retirement home, while its gardens area was reduced to make way for a new housing development.
