To begin with, in 1950, in sourth-west and north-east side of the town were not any buildings or entertainment places. However, in 2007, there were located cinema and many shops. In contrast, the main road did not change at all.
According to, industrial area with was at north-west had several changes. First, the multi storay car park transformed instead, then swimming pool was built nearby. Second, in 2007, far away car park the park was constracted accross the yach marina, which was called sea in 1950.
