I hope this letter fins you well.

In fact, I am writing this letter to you to express my desire to stay more than a six-month in current apartment. I would like to inform you that nearly, I will finish the current six-month agreement, but I have gotten a marvelous chance to work in this town and my duty is near to the building, due to those reasons I decided to settle in the same apartment.

To begin with best part, my contract with the new company will be renewing every six months, that is why, I expect I will be a permanent rented.

On the other hand, I would like to bring to your concern that there were many issues you should promptly fix it. Firstly, is leaking water in the washroom, secondly, Ac is not working well and it’s sound loud noise.

Ultimately, thank you for your consideration and I am looking forward to catch up soon to sign the new six-month agreement.
