Dear Himanshu,

Thank you for your invitation, It Is very of kind of you to extend this friendly offer of coming to your home in Paris. As much as I want to accept it, unfortunately I won’t be able to say yes to it because of my hectic work schedule.

I have just started my new job, so I have been working longer shifts just because I have been trying to understand my workplace and responsibilities I am expected of. I work at hospital as rehabilitation assistant and it could get intense sometimes, however I like being there every day, as working my dream job and who would know it better than you that.

Now with being said, could you let me know of any other time I can visit year, because the summers is almost here, and there would not better destination to plan your trip than visiting an old friend and I will be free next month so if you are available, we can certainly plan something.

I can’t wait to hear back from you.
