Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the issues that have been happining recently in the public transport presented in electrcity problems and the new bus time, also I suggest you some changes could be made to help address these problems.

To start with the continually power cuts in the traffic lights which caused two accidents in the last week . In addition, the time of the new bus effects the other buses schedual and that misinformation distracts people who have not been used to go at that time.

I suggest kindly to provide the traffic lights with solar power to preventive accidents and saves public’s lives.

Moreover, I hope your honor to rescheduale the buses timetable in order to help individual benefit more from the transportation.

I am looking forward to see profound changes in the public transport, and thank you in advance.
