I am writing this letter to get a refund for a faulty item which I recently purchased from your Delhi Store Location last week because the item is no longer working and giving me hard time using it.
I have purchased Bose comfort headphones 2 with Invoice number IXYZ123 Dated 12th August 2024 from New Delhi location. Ever since I started using this device its not able to connect with my phone and gets auto disconnect whenever I am enjoying a session of music or over call.
Furthermore, these headphones are not providing a pleasant experience as I can hear a murmuring sound whenever I play songs on my mobile device and even after troubleshooting it’s still giving me issues. Even though, Bose is a well renowned brand and still having these issues is not what I can expect from such a big Brand.
I request you to please process a refund on the same credit I used at the time of purchase and I can either return this in store or Can be sent off to your warehouse.
