I am writing to you regarding the Samsung laptop I borrowed from you last Wednesday on the 10th of the August is broken down yesterday during the cleaning of my study room. I sincerely apologize for the damage and assuring you for the proper fix before returning it to you.
Upon completion of my homework, I decided to clean the study table and put extra things away. While cleaning and moving things off the desk laptop slipped from my hand and fallen on the ground. However, the laptop is still in working condition apart from LCD screen. Display is blurred which making it hard to visible anything on it. Moreover, there are some scratches on the backside. As a result, I have made an appointment with technician by tomorrow morning in Brampton downtown.
As soon as damage is fixed, I will return it to you. I hope you do not need it urgently. I will look forward to your prompt response to the situation.
