Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to appraise you with some problems I have been facing since the renovation of your new office nearby my residence.

I live just next door to your company with my family. And being a resident of this area for about 20 years, we have had no complaints as such, but since last month the refurbishment of your new office is a menace.

We have no opposition to developments being made to your office, although would appreciate some quality time to spend at our house. The major concern is not only the overnight incessant noises of equipment, but also the workers not maintaining decorum has been miserable. Since my kids are accustomed to play outdoors once in a while, this has not been the case due to unnecessary litters not disposed of properly by your workers.

It would be highly encouraged if you could bring this to attention to the construction team manager. Some ground rules for work hours and proper disposal of garbage and hazardous waste would work wonders.
