Band 4+: Write a letter to the director of your company to recommend a group in your local community which deserves help. In your letter, you should tell: why you suggest helping this group how your company can help this group what the benefits your company will in return for.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to request you, regarding our new scheme that is launched at last month. In my area the local community is finding a sponsor to advice the disabled people, consequently I would appeal to support them in rising their fund and also provide a number of equipments to improve the lifestyle. As our office is donating the old equipment to the charity group, consequently if we donate this to the local group then it would be more beneficial to them, as there are many folk who is not able to walk so we could provide a wheelchair and a number of fund to them.

As they are more talented and educated in every field they can also service us in our office. Furthermore, I know some people who is expert in the IT field and help us in the designing the website and also promote our products very well. so I like to request you, if our company can help them.
