Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for message. I enjoyed my stay,but I was a bit disappointed with a few things.First, is the Wi-Fi connection was very weak,and I could not do my work.Also, the swimming pool and gym were closed, which was unexpected and disappointing.

To improve the experience for future guests,I suggest making sure all the services are available or informing guests in advance if something is closed.Also, improving the internet would help a lot.

Overall,the staff were kind and the room was clean,but these small changes would make a big difference.
