Dear Mr. Adnen.

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent repair work that was done in the apartment. I am renting at 24 Red Street.

In two weeks ago, a plumber was sent to fix a faucet under the kitchen sink.

About one week. The faucet is broking again. Now, I can’t open the faucet and used it. So, I use the faucet in the bathroom, it is not easy and it is not pratical for me.

I believe the repair was not done properly and the plumber offered a temporary solution. I kindly suggest that you recommend a professional plumber to do more inspection and replace the damaged.

I would appreciate it if this isuue could be resolved as soon as possible, as it is affecting my daily life and hygiene.
