I am writing to express my this appointment regarding the services at your hotel during my recent stay. I stayed at your restaurant last night and had a very unpleasant experience. Allow me to share the issue I encountered.
My name is kavita and my room number was 504. I would like to l draw your attention to this matter. A few days ago, I made a reservation at your hotel. However upon my arrival, your staff informed me that they had no record of my booking. After a lengthy discussion, Eventually I was assigned a room.
Unfortunately, the room was clean and disorganised. I have some allergy to dust and dust triggered my allergies. I found this on my beds and when I requested to clean, I was assured that staff would attend it. However, no one arrived to address the issue.
Additionally, I found the staff was unprofessional because the communication was polite and this affected my overall experience at your restaurant.
I would like to offer some suggestions regarding your staff and services. Your hotel has a strong greetings and repetition on Google. I believe it would be beneficial either to provide your staff some training or you can change your staff as per your convenience.
