Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Chandan Dev and I am writing this letter to express my discontent about the keyboard that I purchased from your Big mart Store.

The product was delivered an hour ago.The item that I ordered was wireless keyboard 2.0 with lights built with an automatic sensor.On, the contrary, the predict that was received was different.It came with wireless keyboard with no sensor and lights on it just like normal keyboard. Moreover, it was supposed to come with complimentary mouse that was not in the package courier.

I am working as a online based as a data collector and responsible for converting the physical documents into google sheets. The purpose for ordering wireless keyboard with sensor and lights allows to work from a distance to the screen as it is not good for eyes. In addition, the sensor allows to work in an effective and faster way which makes the assignment complete in couple of hours.

Kindly,acknowledge the letter and take an quick response. The product had been sent to the warehouse of the store and looked for replacement with correct order at earlier.

Its a humble request to take an action and do proper checkup before dispatching the product .
