Dear Sir,

I write to you about the clothes which i recently ordered through the store website. It is a meduim-sized green jacket, feable in texture, coated with golded buttons to match the style. It is made from a popular fabric called Zidane as seen on the store website.

The item which was delivered to me varies from what i previously ordered from the website. i recieved a large-sized red jacket, inferior in texture and not suitable for durability.

I humbly write to you for a refund of the item which i initially ordered while i make provisions to return the one which i had recieved. I trust my intutions that the item which i recieved belong to someone else. I look forward to getting a feedback from you soon. I asure you steady patronage and referrals. I will not forget to tell my family and friends about this brand.
