Dear Pavithra,
Hope this letter finds you with good health and spirit. Although my work schedule is hectic , I am doing fine. As it is financial year-end, I have some important business meetings scheduled, requiring me to travel on a business trip for 3 days from 20th to 23rd this month. I am writing to kindly request your help in taking care of my children while I am away.
The last time when we visited your home, my children felt more comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the company of your children. Undoubtedly, they share a special bond and I am confident they will have a wonderful time together. Regarding food, they prefer simple dishes that are less spicy with more vegetables. Moreover Potatoes are their favorite, so I am sure it will be easy to accommodate their preferences.
They particularly enjoy outdoor activities I believe your back yard will be idle place for their play time. Additionally they are keen on crafts and painting, Since they have good collection of paints, I will send these along so that your children can also join and engage in creative activities together.
On the morning of 20th, I plan to drop them at your place after their breakfast. I will pick them upon the evening of 23rd once I return. I truly appreciate your help and please do not hesitate to reach out to me in case of any emergency.
Thank you again for your kindness and understanding.
Yours Lovingly,
Aishwarya Muthukumar
