Hi Samira,

I hope you are doing well. I want to tell you about something that is happening at work. I feel very upset because our supervisor is not fair to some workers. Sometimes he give too much work to us but other people have less work. It makes me stressed and tired.

I think this situation is not good for our team. Many workers are unhappy, but they don’t say anything because they are afraid. I also feel disappointed because our work place was better before.

In my opinion, the supervisor should listen to workers and treat everyone equally. He should divide the work fairly and talk to us politely. Also, I think he should ask for our opinions before making important decisions. It can make everyone feel better and work harder.

Please tell me what you think about this situation. I want to hear your opinion.
