Dear Ahmed,

I am Nuha Ta, i am a resident at your California Center 67, at floor 13. The reason i am writing this letter is to complain about some unpleasant event happend in the residence.

To be more specfic, today was my first day at my apartment and i tried to store my backages in the storage room closet but unfortuntily i found the doors broke, which i can not put anything there because it would be shown. Moreover, i put most of my packages in my own clothes closet now which now it took almost the whole sapce on there is no way i can put any clothes there.

Therefore, I would kindly ask you if you could send me some of your workers to repair the doors as soos as possiple, as i have other packages on the way.
